Beginning in the early 2000s, 1901 Contracting is grounded in restoring properties devastated by catastrophic events—hurricanes, fires, and floods. Through years of successful project delivery, the team expanded from repairing claims and rehabilitating distressed properties across Florida to serving public and private commercial and residential clients in all aspects of construction.

In case you’re curious, 1901 Contracting is a nod to the Great Fire of 1901 that devastated the core of Jacksonville. In the spirit of the rebuilding that occurred, our foundation is in serving those communities living through their greatest property loss.
